A heartbeat workshop
We will embark on a journey of dance and self-discovery, delving deep into the essence of every emotion that resides within us.
In this sacred space, we invite you to release the need to dwell in the realm of affection associated with emotions. Instead, let us explore the pure essence of each emotion, stripped of the stories and narratives that often entangle and confuse us.
Through movement, we shall uncover the positive offerings of these emotions, allowing us to transcend the need for labeling emotions as positive or negative. By encountering our emotions as spirits, we reclaim our power and recognize that they move through us, rather than us being trapped by them.
Guided by the timeless wisdom of the 5Rhythms, we will merge the dance with the elements. Earth, grounding us and connecting us to the strength and stability within. Fire, igniting the passion and transformation inherent in our emotions. Water, flowing with the currents of our feelings, allowing us to surrender and be carried. Air, light and expansive, providing clarity and a sense of freedom. Ether, the space of the heart, where all emotions dissolve into pure love and connection.
