Clearing the space, a dance camp with Arjan and Rhoda

Our minds are cluttering machines by nature.
Thinking ourselves out of our problems may not always work for us.
Clearing the space is a dance workshop that creates frames to take us to the essence of what is holding us, in whatever is going on. This holding space enables us to carry our clutter through the threshold to the landscape of stillness where we acknowledge the invisible beyond understanding.

Arjan and Rhoda put together each of their own particular teaching experience and skills to create in the moment. Through movement, visualization and ritual we will explore the states of being where we may move with the invisible.

Precisely for this, the weekend is held in a beautiful place where we camp in the woods next to a magical dance floor which widely opens up to the forest. There, community, nature and dance move hand in hand, clearing the space.

Despejando el espacio, acampada de danza impartida por Arjan y Rhoda

Nuestras mentes son acumuladoras de desorden por naturaleza.
Pensar en soluciones para nuestros problemas no siempre nos funciona.
Despejando el Espacio es un taller de danza que crea marcos que potencian la esencia de lo que nos sostiene, sea lo que sea lo que estemos pasando. Este espacio de contención nos capacita para llevar nuestro alboroto atravesando lindares hasta el paisaje de la quietud donde reconocemos lo invisible más allá del entendimiento.

Arjan y Rhoda juntan la experiencia y sabiduría de cada uno para componer juntos en el momento. A través del movimiento, la visualización y el ritual exploraremos los estados del ser donde nos movemos con aquello invisible a los ojos.
Precisamente para ello, el fin de semana se enmarca en un hermoso lugar de acampada en el bosque al lado de una mágica pista de baile que se abre al paisaje. Allí, comunidad, naturaleza y danza se dan la mano ,despejando el espacio.
