a dance and holiday festival

When you shift your attention out of your mind into your feet, 
flowing funky and free
When you get in contact with your moving body,
breath and beat 
When one movement follows out of the previous one,
When you say yes to every step, coming,
When you are true to yourself,
Listen to your inner needs,
You move effortless,
you dance yourself into the flow.

We will be practicing our dance every day in a tent. We will be dancing 5Rhythms with Arjan and some movement exploration classes Bodysnorkle and Focussing with Rhoda Justel.
There will be time to relax in nature.
You can camp in your tent, caravan of camper or stay over in hostels nearby.

Nous danserons chaque jour sous un chapiteau, nous danserons 5Rhythms avec Arjan et quelques cours d’exploration de mouvements Bodysnorkle et Focussing avec Rhoda Justel. Et nous aurons aussi du temps libre pour profiter de la nature environnante.
Vous pouvez camper dans votre propre tente, être en caravane ou prendre une chambre dans un hotel dans les environs.
