Mountains reflect the many facets of a man’s nature. They go high up to the peaks, where harsh winds blow and breathtaking views stretch endlessly. In the valleys below, shadows linger among the trees and mossy stones. Streams run down wild, clear and fresh. Flowers in the fields are overwhelmingly sweet. In the presence of mountains, a man is reminded of his true size, offering a fresh perspective on life.
Everyday life holds so many distractions, where as the emptiness and silence of nature invite you to go within. Step into the wild emptiness, create space for feelings that might have been hurried beneath the surface. Feel into your mystical heart, guided by your inner compass. Ask yourself: Where am I standing in your life, where do I come from and where do I want to go?
Join us for four transformative days in a mountain hut in the French Pyrenees. With a small group of no more than eight men, we will have time for sharing stories of our lives, for bodywork and meditations. We will hike and plunge into the icy river. This journey will be guided by Arjan Bouw, therapist and conscious dance teacher. Jeroen Hofstee supports and offers nature coaching. Jeroen has been living here permanently since 2023 and has transformed an old cow shed into a luxury mountain hut where we will stay. There is also a yurt to sleep in and space for your own tent. Water comes directly from the source. Solar energy and dry toilet. Back to basic!
