Monday  – Friday January 10 – 14

You can dance the whole serie or attend to just one or two.

Every class a wave, focussing on a different emotion:
MONDAY – FEAR
TUESDAY – ANGER
WEDNESDAY – SADNESS
THURSDAY – JOY
FRIDAY – COMPASSION

Bow your head to your heart.
By moving with our emotional bodies rather than pushing them down or holding on to them, we physically experience our feelings rather than think them. Not moving with them is exhausting….Letting go is full of possibilities. It gives us freedom of choice. By surrendering our bodies to the dance, we release what is being held in our hearts, discover a greater awareness and find a more courageous way to live and love.

Prerequisites:
15 Hours of Waves classes or a weekend Waves workshop with a certified 5Rhythms teacher. This workshop will count as Heartbeat towards teacher training prerequisites.

These are the guidelines for the 5Rhythms Heartbeat classes online:

• Have a place to dance, clean your room, make sure the lighting is good, make a small altar. And make sure that your phone or computer is connected to your sound system or cordless headphones.

• On a computer you can see everyone in gallery view, on a phone you probably can’t.

• Be in time, I will be present on zoom 10 minutes before the time we start.

• When you come, I would like to ask you to be there in time so that we start together and end together again.

• I request a contribution for this. Check in with yourself what feels right for you to send to me.
